A few practical notes

• Citing or linking: you do not need permission. The figures on the statistics page may be quoted, including commercially, as long as you cite the page with a working link — the format to copy is on that page. Write only if you want something clarified.
• Corrections: please include the page and, if you can, the sentence. Every institutional claim on this site traces to a primary source, so a correction usually means either I misread the source or the source has changed — both are worth knowing about, and both get fixed.
• No individual medical advice. I cannot advise on your own health or a family member’s. For personal questions, consult your physician or an occupational therapist where you live.
• No immigration or legal advice. The licensing path for foreign-trained therapists is mapped in Working as an OT in Japan, but decisions about your own case belong with the ministry’s licensing office and, for visas, an immigration lawyer.
